These Terms apply when you visit or use GoBoost Naija. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
Using the Service
GoBoost Naija provides social media promotion and related account-request services. You must provide accurate information and have authority to submit the profile, post, or account details in your request. Some features can be used as a guest; accounts are needed for wallet and order-history features.
You are responsible for following applicable laws and the rules of the social platform connected to your order. Do not submit another person's private information or social account credentials. We do not ask for your social media password.
Orders and Delivery
Choose the platform, service, quantity, category or target country, and provide a valid link. The order is submitted after the site confirms the required information and the backend accepts it. An order reference or status page is used to track the request.
Delivery timing can vary by service, quantity, platform, and fulfilment availability. Unless a specific estimate is displayed with the selected service, no fixed delivery time is promised. If an estimate is shown, it is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion time.
Some site descriptions use the word “lifetime.” Any such wording applies only to the specific service and conditions presented when you order; it does not guarantee that a social platform will preserve engagement, keep content available, or prevent changes to your account. Contact support before ordering if the scope of a service guarantee is unclear.
GoBoost Naija is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the social platforms listed on the site. Platforms can change their systems or remove activity; we cannot control those actions.
Prices, Transfers, and Wallet
Prices are shown in Nigerian naira and are calculated for the selected service and quantity. GoBoost Naija currently accepts bank transfers for deposits and transfer-paid orders. Existing wallet funds may also be used where that option is offered. GoBoost Naija does not add a separate service fee to the displayed price.
Follow the exact amount and instructions shown for a transfer. A transfer that is short of the required order amount may not place the order. Unused wallet funds remain in your account for future orders; they are not automatically withdrawn or refunded.
Changes, Cancellations, and Misuse
Once fulfilment has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible. Pending transfer instructions can expire; do not cancel a pending transfer after sending payment. We may pause or restrict access where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unlawful use, or a security risk.
Support and Disputes
For an order or account question, message us on WhatsApp at +234 906 418 7768. Include your order reference and a clear description. We will first try to resolve complaints directly. These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, subject to any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The latest version and effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
